Tintern
Tintern [url=http://www.tintern.org.uk]]is situated just in [[South Wales[/url]] in the beautiful Wye Valley, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), six miles north of [wiki=7df850427316bafcd9e6e0956453923b]Chepstow[/wiki] on the lower road to [wiki=2b65a8640ece652b3da2db153ed8205e]Monmouth[/wiki]. Its main tourist attraction is the ruined 12th century Cistercian Abbey. Two long distance paths can be accessed from it: Offa's Dyke Path, on the east bank of the Wye, and The Wye Valley Walk, on the west bank.
